Marketing Analyst, B2B and Retail Partnerships (Temporary, Full-time)

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will assist in executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and tracking marketing performance across various channels. Your contributions will support efforts to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and help achieve overall marketing objectives for our B2B and Retail Partnership business.

This full-time position reports to the VP of Marketing, Balsam Hill International & Growth and will work closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Strategist. This is a temporary, hybrid in-office position in Boise, ID, which will require you to work Tuesday and Wednesday in-office.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in the execution of marketing strategies for both B2B and retail partnerships under the guidance of senior team members
  • Support the setup and management of workflows, and lead nurturing, in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot; monitor performance metrics
  • Assist in creating and managing content across marketing channels, including social media, and email, to attract and engage target audiences
  • Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, helping to refine marketing strategies
  • Track and report marketing campaign performance, analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Help manage company social media platforms and execute paid ad campaigns, under the direction of senior marketers
  • Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives

What you bring to the table:

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing or a related field (internships or entry-level positions are acceptable)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field highly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office tools – PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing techniques
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and generate insights
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment

Notes: This is a temporary position, expected to last through January 2025.

The base pay rate for this position is $30.00 - $32.00 per hour. Where an individual falls within that range will vary based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on candidate qualifications and experience, applicable skills, and other job-related factors. We benchmark our pay ranges against current external data sources and regularly review compensation for our team members.
