As a Balsam Brands Growth Manager, you will support highly impactful projects across multiple functions of our fast-growing eCommerce company. You will work closely with senior leaders and team members across all functional areas, supporting projects in diverse areas such as: partnerships and strategic alliances, business development, business-to-business sales, operations strategy, and more. You will participate in the planning and implementation of strategic projects in a fun, creative, and inspiring work environment.

This position reports to the VP of Growth, and is based in our Boise, ID office location. This is a full-time, hybrid in-office position located in Boise, ID which will require you to work three days in-office when we can safely return.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be an integral part of the team driving strategic initiatives across our brand portfolio. This could include:
    • Creating a strategy and detailed plan to efficiently capture B2B sales through various sales and marketing efforts.
    • A range of innovative business development projects within the B2B space.
    • Developing a detailed plan to launch a marquee (Giant Tree) product category targeting the Commercial business category.
    • Pursuing, evaluating, and testing brand-consistent strategic wholesale partnerships.
    • Collaborating with the XF team to facilitate roadmap, capacity, and timeline planning for internal and external projects highlighted in the B2B and wholesale partnership space.
    • Identifying, developing, and managing external vendors to add relevant capabilities, facilitate marketing campaigns.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with XF partners, wholesale partners, vendors to successfully drive projects that you are involved in.

What you bring to the table:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Creative and analytical mind; strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Strong researching skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel and PPT
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
