About the job:
The Chanel Salesperson creates a unique and memorable experience for each client, at every moment and at every point of sale. Combined with passion for the client, the consultant is an artist who contributes to the Brand image and helps to create lasting impressions for our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating a memorable client-experience, for each client and building long-lasting relationships.
- Client consultations & understanding the clients’ needs and provide solutions utilising your product knowledge.
- Achievement of sales targets and business KPIs across all categories in line with company benchmarks.
- Upholding the exceptional in-store experience and store presentation that Chanel is regarded for worldwide.
- We need an exceptional team player who can assist customers throughout the wider Cosmetic Department.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience within the luxury cosmetics retail industry.
- Strong sales skills and demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed all company KPIs and benchmarks.
- Excellent people skills, including the ability to deliver exceptional customer service across a wide customer demographic.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with Chanel and Ballantynes guidelines.

Additional Information
This position is 16.5 hours per week working Monday, Thursday, and Sunday.
To be the successful applicant for this position, previous cosmetics retail experience with proven sales skills is essential.
