Are you passionate about fashion and love creating meaningful connections with customers? We’re looking for an experienced retail professional to join our team, working primarily with the beautiful Seasalt Cornwall womenswear brand based at our Barrington Mall location. 

This is a slower-paced environment, perfect for someone who enjoys providing intentional one-on-one service, helping customers find pieces they’ll truly love.

What you'll do:

• Deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences.
• Share your styling knowledge and assist customers in creating outfits for any occasion.
• Maintain a well-presented and stocked area.
• Be proactive in brand and product knowledge. 

The ideal applicant will have the following attributes:

• Previous retail experience (fashion experience preferred).
• A genuine love for quality womenswear.
• Confidence in providing one-on-one styling advice.
• Friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond for customers.
• Strong teamwork skills and adaptability.

This a Fixed-Term part-time role commencing early February and ending in July 2026. 

Being flexible to work from our city location when required would be advantageous.
