Job Description
Ballantynes is seeking a dynamic individual with extensive Front of House Hospitality experience and strong Barista skills to join our hospitality team. The role offers a great variety working within our iconic Tearooms.
As a Front of House Café Assistant, you will be providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting with day-to-day operations within the department.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Extensive experience working Front of House in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to produce consistent, high-quality coffee in a timely manner
- High Standard of Customer Service Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Duty Manager License/LCQ Qualification Preferred

Additional Information
This is a permanent role with a minimum of 30 hours flexible across the week, including weekend day(s).
