As a Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring Amazon packages are delivered on time and safely to customers. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time based on performance.

Compensation:

• $20.5/hour, paid biweekly

• Performance-based bonuses and incentives

• Paid Time Off starts accruing immediately

Shift Time(s):

• Typical shifts are 8–10 hours

• 2 to 4 workdays per week (up to 40 hours)

• One weekend day required

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload packages into delivery vehicle

• Deliver packages quickly, safely, and courteously

• Follow traffic laws and company safety policies

• Use company-provided smartphone for routing, scanning, clock-in/out, and communication

• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle

• Provide outstanding customer service

• Support teammates with rescue routes if needed

• Work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license

• Clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report)

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Able to communicate in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working outdoors and entering/exiting a van frequently

• Hiring Process: Takes approximately 1–2 weeks
  (May take longer with out-of-state driver’s licenses)

• Equipment Provided: Company van and gas, uniforms, handheld delivery technology, safety gear
