Reach your full potential as a purchase, sales and marketing intern

Are you quick on your feet and do you have commercial insight? As a Purchasing and Sales intern, you’ll be working at an international distribution partner in Groningen. You have strong communication skills that you’re eager to use. Seize the opportunity to challenge and develop yourself within a young and dynamic organization!

During your studies, you may hear a lot about marketing and sales, but on the other side of the table, the game may be even more strategic and fun. Our A-brands team is in daily contact with many brands to set up the best partnerships and deals. If you become part of this team, you'll see what’s involved in this collaboration and how you can support them in the process. In addition to purchasing and sales, you will also support the marketing team at Square. This combination is a great mix if you want to discover many different aspects of a company.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join our commercial team. You’ll take on a variety of tasks and work independently from day one, of course with the right guidance. This is your chance to learn more about the dynamic world of our sector and make a real impact!

Qualifications

You:

  • Proactive, able to work independently, and show initiative
  • Affinity with the French market and an understanding of its culture
  • Interest in sales, negotiation, and finding new relationships/opportunities in the French market
  • Administrative skills such as inputting orders and processing commercial reports
  • Currently pursuing a commercial/economic study at an HBO or university level
  • You have affinity with marketing

We offer you

  • An internship compensation of €500 gross per month, this is an all- in compensation (based on a 40-hour workweek and HBO/WO level).
  • Internship of 40 hours per week (fewer hours subject to consultation)
