Job Description

Key Role:

  • Responsible for the Software project delivering a Software solution or an upgrade of a Software solution for controlling of a system.
  • Responsible for the planning, executing, monitoring and controlling of the Software project from handover from sales to handover to the customer.
  • Responsible for ensuring effective, economic and timely deliveries of the agreed scope from the Software Solutions Department.

Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) required.
  • Experience in
    • Prevent problems by prioritizing, taking and standing by decisions and commitments made 
    • Create commitment when communicating directions and goals in a clear and trustworthy manner 
    • Seek information from - and involve relevant stakeholders. Achieve outstanding results and show persistency through difficulties. 
    • Support development of team by delegating, inspiring people and promoting teamwork 
    • Deliver consistently according to customer requirements as agreed in the contract 
    • Show interest in customers and deliver according to customer needs as agreed in the contract. Contribute to a customer oriented culture 
    • Seek opportunities for improvements in own work area 
  • Fluent in English

  • Team player who find it easy to work with others across different levels in the organization

 

Additional Qualification:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
  • Familiarity with relevant Software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Professional experience in software project management.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • International exposure or work experience is a plus.
