Support project managers and customers across the globe
As a Site Coordinator in our Airport division, it is your job to support our teams' progress through planning and coordination of project activities. You will handle communication tasks towards both internal and external stakeholders as you:
- Manage site tasks in corporation with the site manager.
- Handle and manage internal and external documents, including translation and proofreading in English, ensuring high quality in our quotations and project documents
- Play a central role in our project team, coordinate, and participate in project meetings, providing support in handling gate passages, issue logs, etc.
- Coordinate the onsite document processes
- Handle the administration, maintenance, and optimisation of project SharePoint portals to ensure the optimal use of the portal tools
- Assist with communication plans for the project and with administrative tasks such as progress reports, meeting minutes, official letters, etc.
Play a key role in large-scale projects
Stepping into a busy workday in OSLO and with some travels to Aarhus DK, you can look forward to becoming an active part of a large-scale project. You will be working with a multi-disciplinary team, interacting with team members ranging wide in nationalities and allowing you to network with colleagues across the globe.
Strong project and communication skills
You will operate in the project environment, where you cooperate and communicate with many stakeholders. You are structured, flexible and you have great communication and collaboration skills, as well as a keen cultural awareness, and you:
- Speak and write English at a high level
- Preferably have a couple of years of experience as a Site/Project Coordinator, preferably from a global technical project organisation
- Are proactive and constructive in your approach to your assignments and in your teamwork with stakeholders of different cultures and personalities
- Know your way around IT systems.
