Join an essential team

You will be part of our Data & Analytics department consisting of 12 colleagues who all share the same dedication and passion for data and who actively drive the data agenda and develop BEUMER Groups data platform. The position is based in our HQ in Aarhus and refers to Lead Software Product Architect, Anders Lildballe.

Data ownership
The Data Analyst will actively lead the development and support the Customer Support division, that operates a 24/7/365 call center (hotline), in building a Remote Monitoring Center. You are responsible for bringing business value and requirements to the table, when you take part in the ongoing development of value adding data and tools. Daily, you use your motivation, skillset, and strong analytical toolbox to bridge the gap between business needs and data product development. You work in close collaboration with your colleagues in Customer Support and Data Analytics to ensure that we can support our customers in the best possible way.

More specifically the Data Analyst will be responsible for:

• Support and bridge the gap between Data Analytics and Customer Support through a close cooperation
• Act as advisor to Customer Support colleagues supporting customer satisfaction, operations effectiveness and efficiency
• Identify and develop analysis for end customers and suggest direct communication
• Develop a portfolio of data tools for Customer Support such as operational dashboards to create a more data-driven culture within Customer Support
• Develop dashboards on the platform Elasticsearch / Kibana for Customer Support
• Take part in trouble shooting on specific systems using your strong analytical and data toolbox

Your background
You are either newly educated with an interest in data analytics or already have experience from a similar position. You thrive in a position that offers both the ability to work in teams and independently. Routines and repetitive tasks put a smile on your face.

Moreover, we expect that you:

• Have an educational background such as information technologist (datamatiker), engineer or similar, or experience with software development, administration, -support, operation, etc.
• Experience from a similar role in data analytics is preferred but not a prerequisite. The interest to work with Data Analytics is key.
• Have an interest in working with data and how to present it in a concise manner
• Have a business savvy mind will help you connect the dots faster and contribute with valuable insights
• Communicate fluently in English
