Job Description
With a strong pipeline ahead for our Vic & SA business unit, the Submissions Coordinator will work across both BESIX Watpac and subsidiary company, Fletch within a collaborative team to deliver small to large tenders, proposals, Expressions of Interest and marketing materials.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
Facilitate the end-to-end submission process
Producing submissions that comply with BESIX Watpac / Fletch’s corporate identity and branding guidelines
Coordinate, prepare, formulate, collate and assemble EOIs and Tender Submissions
Proof, edit and write non-technical content for submissions, including CVs and update project sheets
Undertake the required design and desktop publishing activities for submission production
Produce marketing materials for internal and external purposes
Format and deliver final documentation to deadline
Proof reading and sub-editing document as requested
Prepare submissions for industry awards
Prepare submissions for government or industry sector pre-qualifications
Manage the image and infographics library
Qualifications
The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:
Previous experience in a similar role or experience within the construction/property sector
Proven ability to manage several complex tasks simultaneously to tight deadline
A sound working knowledge of Adobe and MS Office suite
Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills
Awareness and appreciation of design and graphic layout
Excellent presentation, communication, skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across the business with ease
