Job Description
Supporting our Corporate Affairs, Marketing and Communications team nationally, the key responsibilities of this position include:
- Sourcing and drafting content for BESIX Watpac’s intranet, website, and social media channels.
- Drafting communications, marketing and media materials.
- Assisting with bids and submissions support and content development.
- Assist with the management (planning, organising and staging) of corporate events.
- Supporting the acquisition and distribution of BESIX Watpac merchandise.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, processing invoices, drafting correspondence and other documents as required.
Qualifications
The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, public relations or journalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to respond professionally to impromptu requests.
- Excellent relationship building, interpersonal communication and personal presentation.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure and maintain a high attention to detail.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and professional manner.
