About the team  The HR Team is a young and ambitious group of talented professionals. With the fast growth of the company together with the further development of HR we are searching for an experienced HR Business Partner. When you have a strong business driven mindset and an appetite to get things done, this is your ideal job opportunity.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·       Functioning as a liaison between the business stakeholders and HR

·       Support the HR Director on projects such as:              
-development and implementation of policies & procedures
-structuring compensation & benefits
-drafting and implementing learning & development plans
-works council

·       Coach the HR Support Specialists during their daily work

·       Ensure deadlines are met and advise on complex HR Matters.

·       Liaise with recruitment to ensure (pro-active) hiring needs can be met

·       Guiding the onboarding process from an HR perspective inside the business

·       Proactively advise managers on HR topics such as:  
-sick leave
-performance management
-Training and Development of teams
-Labor- and immigration law

What you are able to bring to the table:

·       Solid background in an HR Business Partner role at an international company
·       Bachelor or Master within HR or equivalent field.
·       Entrepreneurial mindset, can do attitude
·       Strong communicative and time management skills.
·       Ability to thrive in a changing fast-paced environment
·       Fluent in English and preferred second and/or third language.
