Programma Manager Operations

As Program Manager Operations, you are the tactical linchpin in delivering Aviko’s most important strategic operations programs. You ensure that projects within Operations are not only well designed and rolled out, but—most importantly—truly embedded in the organization. With your energy, structure, and strong connecting skills, you elevate our improvement programs to the next level—starting with the Operations Digitalization Program.

In this role, you work at the very heart of our Operations organization. You report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborate closely with professionals from plants, production, supply chain, continuous improvement, and IT. You connect teams and align interests to drive collective progress—whether it concerns digitalization, Operational Excellence/TPM, or future programs that make our operations future-proof.

Job Description

  • You develop and manage the overall program and roadmap.
  • You structure, prioritize, and align projects and activities within the program.
  • You create consistency in approach, ways of working, and cadence (drumbeat).
  • You organize and facilitate large-scale sessions (such as Big Rooms).
  • You connect stakeholders within Operations, other departments, and other Cosun groups.
  • You identify risks and develop mitigating actions, while safeguarding milestones, learnings, and best practices.
  • You lead change management and ensure adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working by our people.
  • You personally take the lead on critical sub-projects when needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong tactical and strategic thinking skills, combined with organizational sensitivity.
  • Extensive knowledge of continuous improvement (WCM Green or Black Belt) and preferably experience in the food industry.
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working.
  • An inspiring and energetic leadership style.
  • Experience with program management and complex change initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across multiple levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
  • A people-centered approach to change management.
