职位描述

1. 执行公司客户服务流程,受理订单,检查订单执行情况,促进订单履行的及时性及准确性并符合客人要求;
2. 通过电话、电邮等,及时受理及跟进客户的咨询,建议及意见等;
3. 遵循公司的流程及服务标准,及时受理及跟进客户投诉;
4.   通过日常工作与客建立良好的合作关系,识别潜在销售机会,主动推荐产品,解除客户疑义,促成更多订单成交以及积极配合主管完成团队的CS销售目标。
5. 完成公司及部门各项要求,如服务水平、成本控制、质量成本等方面;
6. 跨部门团队合作,推动订单及项目执行;
7. 积极参与公司各类型改善项目;
8. 服从管理人员安排及上司安排的其它工作。

职位要求

1. 大专或以上学历;
2. 英语听说读写熟练,熟悉电脑操作,Windows操作系统及Windows办公软件( Word, Excel等);
3. 以客户为导向,关注客户需求,具备良好的服务意识、耐心和责任心;
4. 良好的表达能力和沟通能力;
5. 有一定的应变能力、协调能力、问题处理能力及危机意识;
6. 工作积极主动。
