Job Description

Supervise Service Bureau production associates, overseeing equipment functionality, maintenance, and end-to-end inventory accuracy to meet rigorous production schedules.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage Service Bureau Leads and associates, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

  • Direct workflow and daily task assignments to ensure departmental objectives are met.

  • Drive process improvements by identifying and implementing procedural enhancements.

Production & Quality Control

  • Oversee all equipment uptime, including routine maintenance and emergency repairs.

  • Audit outbound shipments against job tickets and customer specifications to ensure 100% accuracy.

  • Promptly communicate and resolve quality issues regarding printing, lamination, or shipping.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment.

Inventory & Systems Management

  • Administer ERP system programs to accurately enter, release, and track inventory.

  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies through root-cause analysis and preventative action.

  • Coordinate cycle counts and internal/offsite material movements with cross-functional departments.

Qualifications

►   Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of supervisory experience, specifically within the production or printing industry.

  • Education: High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
