About the role

As a Production Operator at our Longford site, you will play a key role in manufacturing high-quality materials used in medical and healthcare applications worldwide. You will work in a clean, safety-focused environment where precision, teamwork, and accountability are essential to delivering products that make a real impact.

Our facility operates on a two-shift rotation system. Candidates must be available for both cycles:

  • Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Our predictable two-shift rotation is planned well in advance, giving you the clarity you need to manage your personal commitments with ease. We also recognize and reward your flexibility through a dedicated shift premium system, which increases your earning potential based on the specific hours you work.

Apart from the two-shift rotation, we offer a dedicated night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM with no rotation. The dedicated shift premium system, which increases your earning potential based on the specific hours you work, applies to the night shift as well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation, output, quality, and performance of the relevant production or packing line.
  • Operate and monitor production activities, equipment uptime, and target outputs while ensuring all batch documentation and cGMP standards are met.
  • Review and implement accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and report any variances or deviations to the Supervisor.
  • Maintain production and packing areas in a clean and orderly manner while complying with all safety-related procedures.
  • Actively participate in Lean programs with a focus on line efficiency, waste reduction, and regular housekeeping duties.

Qualifications

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated reliability.
  • Must be capable of working individually or in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, pharmaceutical,food or GMP) is highly desirable.
