Job Description

About the role:

The (Junior) Printer is a first-level screen printing crew operating screen printing presses. The key purpose of the position is to print transfers according to set standards and parameters. The screen printing department is responsible for making core categories on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This position is based on-site at our Wrocław facility.
  • Screen printing presses operation.
  • Producing transfers according to internal quality standards.
  • Preparing print materials including ink formulations.
  • Responsible for first-line machine maintenance activities.
  • Maintenance set EHS standards (Environment, Health, and Safety).

Qualifications

  • Experience as a machine operator is strongly preferred.
  • Secondary level of education completed.
  • Ambition to learn a new profession, displaying Engagement and Motivation at the workplace.
  • Teamwork capabilities.
  • Awareness of screen printing techniques and ink formulations is welcome.
