As HR Business Partner, you will serve as a key consultant for leadership teams within your assigned client groups. Reporting directly to the Regional HR Director, you will ensure the seamless implementation of HR strategies, standards, and policies. Although this is an individual contributor role, you will act as a critical bridge between business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive organizational excellence and associate engagement.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Strategic Advisory: Provide leadership with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations regarding organizational structure, compensation, and performance management to support high-level decision-making.
Workforce Planning: Partner with leaders to assess future talent needs, identifying critical skill gaps and resource requirements to ensure long-term business continuity.
Strategic Execution: Play an instrumental role in designing and executing HR strategies aligned with future business demands and regional objectives.
Organizational Health: Diagnose and address gaps in organizational climate and leadership style, proactively promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
HR Service Delivery: Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development services for your assigned sites, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with the recruitment team to oversee the end-to-end process—from screening to placement—ensuring the attraction of top-tier talent.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure the consistent application of company-wide HR policies and practices, maintaining strict adherence to corporate objectives as well as local and federal legal requirements.
Capability Building: Facilitate ongoing training and information sessions to foster employee development and provide expert guidance on complex problem resolution.
Employee Advocacy & Ethics: Lead and support investigations into workplace conduct, harassment claims, or policy violations, ensuring fair and timely resolution in line with company values.
Requisitos
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- +5 years related experience.
- Advanced English level.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related discipline preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, facilitation skills and presentation skills.
- Facilitator & change leader.
- Advocate for employees, customers, the business and shareholders.
- Active role in facilitating discussions, decision-making and alignment.
- Effective change management leadership (design, preparation, employee engagement, execution, communications).
- Skilled in project management and able to take moderately complex projects and see them through completion.
- Skilled in multitasking, organizing and prioritizing work.
