YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Formulate, document and execute regional sourcing strategies, cost forecasts,  negotiation plans & execution

• Use RFIs/RFPs, leveraging, and benchmarking to deliver business results and competitive advantage

• Analyze suppliers and markets to identify trends, opportunities for marketplace advantage, and to explore new ideas for products, processes and services

• Develop and maintain appropriate and productive supplier relationships

• Represent Purchasing on cross-functional teams

• Establish and execute pertinent written requirements

• Gather information about competitors’ material, technologies, supply base, sourcing strategies, etc. to benchmark competitors’ costs, services, etc

• Active communication and contribution to global sourcing category community 

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• 8+ purchasing or related with accountability for actual material cost result or related experience

• 1-3 years work experience in cross countries and cross functions experience

• 4-6 years in purchasing analytical or commercial project experience

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin

• People management experience & coaching skill  

• Key contributor and influencer in stakeholder management  

• Presentation skill  

• Resilience, self-starter 

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor degree or above education background.
