We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to play a vital role in supporting our People & Culture team and the wider organization. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to a positive and productive workplace. This role is Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Communications and Employee Engagement:

  • Serve as the liaison between leadership and staff, ensuring clear communication of key business objectives and initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular updates through internal communication channels, keeping the workforce informed of company goals and events.
  • Plan and implement employee recognition programs and engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Organize and coordinate company functions such as tours, events, and external partnerships, maintaining visibility of employee achievements.

Administrative and Office Support:

  • Lead all aspects of onboarding and provide administrative support for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Manage office records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and maintain office facilities, acting as the primary contact for vendors and maintenance.
  • Support general office operations, including managing communication tools, phone systems, office supplies, and document creation.
  • Provide additional administrative assistance as needed, including mail distribution and reception duties.

Operations and Data Support:

  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business operations and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver operational support and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proven capability to handle multiple tasks and interact with various stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Passion for building strong relationships and collaborating with employees at all levels of the organization.
