ABOUT YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for the management of QA/QC activities related to in-process control for all coater machines, editing and slitting machines. You will be based in Rayong.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Response to manufacturing technical inquiries in a proactive, timely and effective manner.
• Coordinate with the internal team to develop the product's quality and serve with customer requirements.
• Drive team to follow AQL for APAC standard
• Lead and supervise the internal team in product testing, analysis and drive the improvement on quality related problems from time to time.
• Manage the quality activity, review and revise quality documents, supervise QA technician to handle quality issue and system, provide quality control plans and lead the program to QA technician and production operator, improve inspection aid and equipment.
• Manage for product, WIP to serve the company quality
• Develop and implement a quality system and procedure to communicate and work with concerned people to meet quality targets. Continual improvement concept is the core concept for quality system implementation
• Non-conforming products control and dispose of parts in responsible areas.
• Carry out special assignments /projects as assigned by direct supervisor/Plant manager from time to time

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3 years + of QA experience
• Hands-on experience on in-process Quality experience is preferred.
• Certified Auditor or Certified Quality Analyst preferred.
• Thoroughly knowledgeable on database administration and systems testing and auditing processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent auditing and statistical skills
• Excellent attention to detail & organizational skills.
• Excellent technical aptitude
• Strong team-building and mentoring skills.
