Job Description
We are now looking for a Process / Industrial / Mechanical Engineer intern to join our Operations team in Rietveld Serigrafie (Zoeterwoude, Netherlands). We offer a part-time position in which you will support production process-related tasks. Your main focus in this position is supporting the Operations Team in identifying areas of improvement within the HTL production process, to increase capacity and to remove bottlenecks.
You will report directly to the local Operations Manager on site.
Your responsibilities may include:
Determine pros and cons of current production processes
Identify and execute areas of improvement to increase efficiency in production process
Reduce bottlenecks within production
Document current practices and develop standard operating procedures
Record data and perform data analysis of current process and track its improvements
Qualifications
On-going university studies (you are at least in the 2nd year of your studies) from a relevant technical field
Good communication skills, including good presentation skills and the ability to create detailed documentation
Independent approach to work with a practical mindset
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Good Dutch skills are considered an advantage
