Job Description
- Manages the global supply chain and leads to achieve local and/or global Supply Chain objectives, managing processes to maximize service, reduce cost and optimize supply chains in all regions.
- Ensuring that import-export documents comply with the relevant procedures.
- Selection of cooperation companies, taking into account cost principles for logistics activities.
- Managing international trade agreements.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for all customers
- Preparation of daily sales reports.
- Conducting product-based pricing studies.
- Making order planning.
- Organizing and controlling payment and delivery processes.
- Providing solutions in accordance with customer demands and feedback.
- Manages the global raw material supply process. Leads the organization of all supplier relationships, controls the planning, execution, implementation and renewal of contracts and supply agreements,
- Leads interdepartmental collaboration on projects, communicates with all levels of the organization; internal employees, customers and suppliers.
- Controlling daily supply and logistics planning/scheduling processes while providing daily, weekly and monthly supply chain reports.
- Analyzes, recommends and reviews presentations to management.
- Manages inventory; Performs inventory planning to minimize wastage and cost.
- Continuously improves strategic processes including feasibility, demand management and development of internal tools to support the global organization.
- Responsible for department budget and project outputs. Ensures and/or allocates appropriate resources,
- Leads projects to achieve departmental and financial goals.
- Acts together with site leaders to increase and disseminate the culture of continuous improvement and development.
- Takes actions that create competitive advantage and follows trends to determine these actions.
- Acts as a role model and change agent.
- Implements and contributes to the development of the Company's Business Ethics, Values and Occupational Safety Rules.
- Creates opportunities and new ideas for products, processes and services to achieve market advantage, develops and implements Supply Chain plans.
- Responsible for managing department-based purchasing and indirect purchasing processes.
Qualifications
- Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
- Having at least 5 years of working experience in relevant processes,
- Good command of English and able to speak fluently
- Having experience in the production industry,
- Have global understanding and strong communication skills,
- Have good problem solving skills,
- Mastering operational excellence processes,
- Able to travel
- Accurate and effective time planning for duties and responsibilities
- Analytical, attention to detail, problem solving and communication skills
- Have good presentation skills,
