Job Description

 

  • Building and maintaining eBOM management in Oracle PLM tool

  • Releasing eBOM’s to product data hub and to Oracle ERP system

  • Creation of the product specifications

  • Creating and maintaining the master file for price list

  • Maintaining the master database for product data for selecting the right inlay & media combination for given need. 

  • Supporting the product transitions (e.g in the case of giving EOL to existing product and providing replacing products mapping to stakeholders and working in the system to coordinate the EOL process)

  • Establishing and developing a global team

  • Conducting product changes in the system

  • Collaboration with various parts of the organisation, including Sales, Business Development, R&D, Operations, and Quality

  • Coordinate external IT partners 

Qualifications

 

  • Master’s degree in business administration or related field

  • +3 years experience on product or project management. Experience in operations is considered a strong benefit

  • Experience in leading and developing an international team

  • Strong product management skills with a sound understanding of customer and operations needs for product documentation

  • Good technical background and capability to understand complex technical details

  • Knowledge and experience in SAP and Oracle is a plus

  • Understanding of RFID technology is a plus

  • Product information database skills

  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to collaborate across different levels and functions within the organization as well as the ability to establish partnerships internally and externally

  • Excellent organizational and people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner

  • Takes initiative, and has an entrepreneurial spirit that is able to work independently

  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills with a great attention to details

  • Fluent in English

  • Willingness to travel globally for about 25% of the time
