Job Description

1.    Delegating the workloads of the employees of the Quality Control Department, providing technical guidance for the department to work more efficiently in this direction.
2.     Performs various activities to back up maintain the workflow in the department, contributes to the focus of the staff on process improvement.
3.     Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports to the relevant managers.
4.     Develops strategies for the improvement of safety, cost, quality, training, inventory and other services.
5.     Ensures the implementation of quality control processes in order to comply with the Product/Service quality standards.
6.     Responsible for the flow of production, employees expenses and budgeting.
7.     Makes sure that the necessary responsibilites are fulfilled by conducting job audits.
8.     Carries out 5S and recycling activites.
9.     Auditing all safety practices, quality standards and 5S to ensure that all employees are followed.
10. Plans the work to be done by the department, prepares the weekly/daily works of the employees.
11. Develops, trains and guides his team to achieve better results at business, helps employees to develop their skills and ares of business expertise.
12. Supports the manager in staff planning.
13. Gives on the job training to onbarding employees on raw material, production process and quality standards.
14. Responsible for the preparation, updating and implementation of company documents and procedures.
15. Responding to customer complaints, controls the flow from the beginning to the end of the process, provides the relevant internal communication.
16. Supporting process improvement projects to improve critical process parameters and create stable and repetitives processes.

Qualifications

1.    Preferably, graduated from related departments of universities (Textile Enginering),
2.    5+ years of experience
3.    Experienced in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Project Management, Quality Standards and Social Compliance,
4.    Knowledgeable in work safety,
5.    Having high analytical thinking and problem solving skills, high management and organizational skills, disciplined, responsible,
6.    Be able to work in a systematic way and report the work periodically,
7.    Experienced in team management
