ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述

The Automation End-to-End Quality Control Tester is responsible for the execution of pre-defined test plans to ensure Variable Data setups are accurate based on the specification received and there are no mistakes in setups used for mass production. The End-to-End testing does include verification of the EDI process, the online ordering solution and all automation routines and formats. The Automation End-to-End Quality Control Tester is further responsible for the clear and detailed documentation of the test results in a standardized format and to publish this back to the Automation End-to-End Quality Control Analyst and other relevant parties.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:

● Work with the Automation End-to-End Quality Control Analyst to understand and execute pre-defined test plans for each type of automation setup required.
● Execute the test plans according to the setup type. Verify variable data setups from data load to order entry to production layout and local invoicing system.
● Document test results and report back to Automation End-to-End Quality Control Analyst and other relevant parties.
● Maintain records and metrics for tests performed and publish them on regular basis.
● Document and feedback learnings to be used for Quality Assurance procedures.
● Operate printing and RFID encoding equipment as needed.
● Perform any other duties requested by the supervisor.

Qualifications

● Fresh graduate is also considered.
● Experience in similar quality control roles is an advantage
● Good level of computer literacy
● Good analytical and problem solving skills
● Good command of English (spoken and written)
● Ability to work under pressure, manage large workloads and deal with challenges in a professional and calm manner
● Good communication skills
● Good attention to detail
● Ability to recognize colors
● Comfortable to operate printing and RFID encoding equipment
● Flexible attitude to work and team player spirit
● Able to handle high complexity task independently.

EDUCATION 

• Collège graduate or above, major in Mathematics / Computing / Computer Science, (with printing/ graphic design knowledge is an advantage)

KEY PERFORMANCE ITEM 

• Completion of testing to agreed deadline
• # of setups verified with # of issues identified during testing
• # of setups verified with # of issues identified post deployment
