As the Commercial Services Coordinator for Reflective Solution, you will be responsible for ensuring the business has visibility and controls on accurate price and margin data, development and management of commercial reports to enable informed decision making. 

This includes system data management, analytics and assisting in the set up of new customers and products.

This position can be based in Niles, IL or Mentor, OH.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Pricing Analysis & Systems Management

Manage and maintain pricing and product line master data and systems

Customer Master Management - segmentation clean up and analytics

Support in setting standards for cost price master data

Manage and support price changes and updates

Analyzing product and customer price changes

Feedback on pricing issues and margin movement analysis

Price Implementation Support

Support  new quotations implementation

Liaise with CFS to assist with customer set up

Assist in item set up for all new products

Manage price books including intercompany

Commercial Services Reporting and Support

Coordinate, maintain and analyze commercial services report

Bid Services - Dashboard development, maintenance and prospecting support

Sales Pipeline coordination, lead management and maintenance support

Administrative claims resolution support and various commercial services related improvement projects

This position can be located in Mentor, OH or Niles, IL

The Commercial Services Coordinator will have a commercial, detail oriented approach to work.

• Experience within a finance based Pricing role

• Ability to work effectively in multiple operating systems - MFG Pro, Cognos, SFDC, IQuote

• Resilient and results oriented with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data

• Methodical approach and accurate administration

• An ability to build strong relationships and credibility with key stakeholders and suppliers.

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to remain effective even when working under pressure
