Overview:

The Product Quality Engineer will be part of the product management team to handle in-process quality issues.  With the focus on quality assurance, he/she will be dedicated to drive continuous improvement in related to product quality control and assurance from detailing product specification, perform a wide range of product testing and working with customers on issue resolutions.

Responsibilities:

●      Work with R&D, process team for new product development, following APQP process; Review internal product spec before launch;

●      Support process team on PFMEA, draft and publish quality control plan and quality gate;

●      Arrange training and qualification for QC and operators for test;

●      Lead non-conformity handling, find the root cause and set corrective and preventive action plan; update PFMEA and control plan when necessary;

●      Monthly data analysis for non-conformity, reduce scrap and non-conformity;

●      Analysis online and offline test data to make sure the stability of product; Monthly Cpk analysis for key products;

●      Hold regular meeting with internal team to share in-process quality information and update key improvement;

●      Follow ISO 9001, IATF 16949’s requirement to set internal quality control process;

●      Follow company EHS policy; Finish EHS training and meet EHS requirement in daily work, especially on MOC;

●      Other related assignment as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

●      Bachelor degree or above in related discipline

●      3-5 years related experience in quality area in manufacturing industry

●      Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949

●      Good at problem solving skill, and familiar with APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA and SPC

●      Good communication, negotiation, coordination and teamwork
