Job Description

What we can offer you! - Your Role:

We are looking for an experienced and talented Customer/Sales Professional as Inside Sales Representative who will join our dynamic and daring team. You will be based in Prague, Czech Republic and this position might involve slight travelling (5-10%+)

You will be responsible for customer service of dedicated countries and supporting our sales team in order to increase the company’s revenues by achieving sales objectives within an assigned territory or account. In addition, you will also develop conceptual programs to achieve maximum sales volume consistent with sales projections.

Activities may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Supporting sales team. 
  • Responsible for own cutomers portfolio.
  • Customer support for dedicated countries. 
  • Demonstrate products and/or services and provide assistance in the best application of product and/or services.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions (e.g., current customers, potential customers, competitors) in assigned territory, and develop a strategy to achieve revenue goals.
  • Maintain customer profiles.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience for business partners and prospects to develop long-term business opportunities.
  • Navigate complex problems and structures to determine the best solutions for customer needs.
  • Collaborate with other business units to evaluate volume, identify trends, ensure quality, and monitor budgets.

Qualifications

What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:

  • Degree in Economics, Marketing or Business Administration or related sales/customer service fields
  • Previous work experience of 3+ years in applicable sales or related customer service management environment with a proficient understanding of assessing customer needs and of conducting territory analysis and planning
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Czech and English both spoken and written; additional European languages such as German would also be an advantage
  • Consistent track record of successful negotiations and analytical/financial skills
  • Creativity and innovation, entrepreneurial spirit for growing the business
  • Strong interest and drive to identify/build and meet customer needs plus cultural empathy and team-player attitude to operate in complex multinational organization
  • Perform well at any situation and be able to handle a number of key tasks at a time
  • High degree of accuracy, good time-management and priority setting skills are important
  • Energetic, dedicated and enthusiastic work approach combined with strong self management (work remotely) to meet deadlines and to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Strong cultural empathy and team-player, relationship-building attitude to operate in complex multinational organization
  • Valid Driving License
