Job Description
The CRM team is looking for a committed and competent Technical Business Analyst to carry out requirement analysis, solution design and parameterization activities on CRM and Compliance team. You will work on the design, implementation and maintenance of innovative software solutions to meet the client's needs.
The Avaloq Banking Suite is one of the largest PL/SQL applications in the world. It is safe to say that your co-workers are among, if not the most knowledgeable Oracle specialists in the world. Development takes place in our integrated development environment - a customized Eclipse platform, which is tightly integrated with a build automation and delivery system, allowing a standardized and automated process to be followed.
Your key tasks
- Requirement gathering, analysis and creation of Solution Documents together with software developers, partners, and customers.
- Participate in customer implementation projects.
- Agree on the solution and support the customer regarding the customization possibilities as well as regarding their change requests.
- Develop and implement new features based on internal and external requirements.
- Perform maintenance work such as: root cause analysis, bug fixing, code optimizations.
Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering.
- Excellent analytical skills and systematic approach to problem solving.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem solving, hands-on attitude.
- Knowledge in Oracle database architecture and PL/SQL is a must.
- Banking knowhow and experience in business analysis or software development role
- Excellent client-orientation and strong communication skills with a service-oriented attitude.
- Proactive, self-motivated with passion for learning and self-improvement
It would be a real bonus if you have.
- ACP (Avaloq Core Platform) parametrization & scripting experience
- OpenShift / Kubernetes and Microservices
