Opis stanowiska

  • Lead, manage and develop a team of 150 to 300 Associates and Team Leaders.
  • Drive performance of IB or OB operational teams during shifts, resolving issues to meet site objectives.
  • Analyze shift performance against business goals and implement actions for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate policies clearly to Associates, ensuring consistency, compliance, and corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health & Safety, and Security teams.
  • Support all safety programs and maintain a secure, compliant working environment.
  • Develop and uphold quality control standards to meet customer demand with accuracy.
  • Design and deliver site-wide initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools.
  • Review work forecasts and align team productivity to meet KPIs and operational targets.

Kwalifikacje

  • A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven managerial experience with sizable teams, with a natural ability to motivate others and build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, including conducting in-depth analysis of complex processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with performance metrics and continuous process improvement.
  • Strong background in people and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in business-level English.
  • Experience using data and anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
  • Familiarity with key aspects of production, supply chains, and operations.

Optional:

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques.
  • Background in a similar logistical work environment.
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting.
