Job Description

To strengthen the brand’s online presence and support the performance marketing team through engaging social media content and effective creator collaborations. The Professional Social Media Manager (SMM) will play a key role in supporting production of creative assets for paid campaigns, managing influencer partnerships, and ensuring alignment between organic and paid social strategies across multiple markets.

  • Creative Support for PPC Campaigns – Collaborate with the PPC team to produce impactful video content and other visual assets for advertising campaigns (scripts, briefs, and storyboards).
  • Content Production Management – Oversee the creative process from idea to delivery: coordinate with designers, videographers, and editors; ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Performance Analysis – Track and evaluate the effectiveness of campaign creatives; provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Creator Collaborations – Identify, vet, and onboard suitable content creators and influencers across relevant markets.
  • Partnership Management – Handle communication, contracts, and payments; coordinate product/merch shipments; maintain positive long-term relationships.
  • Expansion & Market Development – Research and test collaborations in new regions to expand brand presence internationally.
  • Cross-Department Coordination – Work closely with PPC, Creative, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all social channels.
  • Trend Monitoring – Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and best practices to enhance creative performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) and paid content dynamics.
  • Experience in managing creative production processes (briefing, coordination, review).
  • Basic video editing or scripting skills; ability to communicate with creative teams effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign results and suggest improvements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing creators and partners.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, solution-driven attitude with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); Russian or Ukrainian would be a plus.
