Your job will be to ensure operational follow-up and timely updates of logistics information within internal systems, while guaranteeing smooth coordination between various internal and external stakeholders (carriers, 3PLs, internal departments).

• Proficiency in office software (Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of logistics information systems (TMS, ERP)
• Ability to structure and maintain operational databases
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and responsiveness
• Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

Main Duties:

Monitoring Transport Statuses:

• Collect operational data from third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
• Input and update transport order statuses in internal systems

Correction and Updating of Logistics Routes:

• Correct logistics routing in the system for specific or exceptional orders
• Update merchant invoices accordingly based on changes made

Management of Interdepartmental Communication Tools:

• Maintain internal tracking and communication tools including:
• Escalation Tool for anomaly or urgent case tracking
• Yard procedures updates
• Carrier Performance monitoring (carrier ETAs)

Facilitation of Interdepartmental Communication:

• Manage and coordinate exchanges via shared mailboxes (Task box)
• Prioritize and track logistics-related requests with internal teams

Work Details:

• Location: AUTO1 Albania Headquarters,

• Schedule: 40 hours per weeky (5 working days with 2 days off), from 09:00-18:00.
