What you will do:

• Carrying out of back-office activities consisting in the quality control of documents and appraisals made by merchants and by the AUTO1 experts (Team Remarketing).
• Graphic re-elaboration of the photos according to the corporate standards provided by the HQ in France;
• Upload to the company portal of all the information necessary for the sale of the cars.
•  Document search and investigation of problem cases
• Entering administrative procedures (research and processing of purchase invoices)

About your skills:

• Fluency in English
• At least 2 years of previous experience in back-office, document quality control and data entry;
• Professionalism, precision, reliability and high attention to detail;
• Fast and precise use of PC and email;
• You are known for your thoroughness and your ability to handle large volumes of administrative workflows
• You are meticulous in the processing of a file and pay attention to the smallest detail
• You are comfortable with computer tools (computer, spreadsheet software)

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Adressa: Rruga e Kavajës, Kompleksi Delijorgji, Park Construksion, Godina L, Kati5, Tiranë, Albania

The shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00.
