What you will tackle

• You work strategically with our Project Management and Analytics Teamlead - Justus and take responsibilities for projects
• You constantly look for ways to improve the current processes and commercial & operational KPIs
• Explore and give meaning to data, identify opportunities and challenges, elaborate predictions to enable the organization to take action based on data
• You analyze complex customer requirements and develop concepts to optimize our B2B dealership cooperation.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional & international teams

What you are good at

• You are a student or recent graduate with a background in Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science or Mathematics 
• First internship experience, hands-on mentality and an affinity for startups
• Strong affinity for numbers and data, a proactive and result-oriented way of working, and outstanding analytical skills as well as the ability to think creatively
• Strong Excel skills; Knowledge in SQL or a data visualization tool like Tableau is a plus
• You speak English fluently (German is a plus)
