Who is our ideal Insights Storyteller? 

You are highly internally-motivated and want to be part of something that is bigger than yourself. You have experience drawing insights from deep dives into qualitative and quantitative data, and you can present those insights in the form of a compelling story. You have excellent presentation delivery skills. You know your way around Excel and PowerPoint, have comfort working in a virtual environment and over web-based teleconferencing, and maintain the highest standards of excellence with data.

As an Insights Storyteller, you will be responsible for: 

• Driving client success by evaluating interactions between our clients and their customers and presenting meaningful findings to our clients so they can make effective business decisions.
• Analyzing qualitative and quantitative client data to discover actionable, relevant insights.
• Developing story lines to convey the data in a way that captures the attention of the client. 
• Creating PowerPoint decks to support the telling of data-backed stories. 
• Presenting insight-rich, data-backed stories to clients. 
• Working with Authenticx team members, including Client Success Managers, Insights Analysts, other Storytellers and our leadership team to ensure our work is completed with the highest standards while achieving client objectives. 
• Continually honing the Authenticx approach to data-backed storytelling. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Writing or other relevant fields preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role, especially in giving presentations. 
• Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and extracting meaningful, action-oriented insight.
• Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Healthcare, or business-to-business (B2B) professional services experience preferred.
• Skilled in account management, project management, researching, and data analysis.
• Superior communication and presentation skills.
• Proven understanding of the Healthcare industry is preferred.
• Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills. 
• Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Understanding of web applications with a desire to learn new technologies. 
• Must work well within a highly-collaborative team environment.
