Job Description
Manage and oversee the company's financial activities, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and financial regulations.
Plan, develop, and conduct economic and financial analyses, including feasibility studies for investments and other operational applications.
Manage the company's cash flow to ensure the availability of financial resources required to support business operations.
Lead and oversee the areas of Budgeting, Cost Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, and Tax, promoting continuous improvement across all functions.
Prepare the annual budget, including coordinating, reviewing, and monitoring the company's financial and economic planning process.
Develop and present management reports, identifying opportunities to improve business performance and financial results.
Calculate selling prices for new projects, evaluating profitability and recommending price adjustments when necessary.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including Quality Costs, Sales Returns, General Expenses, Manufacturing Scrap, and Production Waste.
Control and coordinate investments related to projects, equipment, and tooling.
Supervise and support periodic inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.
Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in Finance, Controllership, Business Management, or related fields is considered an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Accounting, Corporate Finance, Cost Management, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis.
Additional education or training in the following areas is desirable:
- Strategic Planning
- Budget Management
- IFRS / Accounting Standards
- Corporate Governance and Internal Controls
- Fluency English.
