HR Business Partner – Manufacturing Environment
Salary from 1930 eur gross. Final salary depends on the applicant's experience and skills.
Become a trusted partner to production and functional managers, helping them achieve business targets through effective people management. You will support workforce planning, organizational changes, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and leadership coaching. Working closely with HR experts and operational teams, you will translate business needs into practical HR solutions, drive key HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies. We are looking for a proactive, business-minded HR professional who enjoys solving challenges, building strong relationships, and delivering measurable results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications
Required qualifications
- University degree (Human resources, Management, Economics, Law or similar;
- Experience in an HR role is an advantage;
- Experience supporting managers in a manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or other operational environment is an advantage;
- Knowledge of labor law and employee relations;
- Experience with talent management, performance management, organizational change, and workforce planning is an advantage;
- Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into business actions;
- Fluent English and Slovak.
