Job Description

1.Responsible for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electrical testing of products (ex: RE,CE, RI, BCI, ESD and CI etc.) 
2.Operate, maintain, and calibrate EMC testing equipment (such as spectrum analyzers, receivers, anechoic chamber systems, etc.) 
3.Test management: evaluate, review and finalize test requirement (ex: test plan, standard etc.), then create test schedule (ex: project test schedule, weekly test schedule etc.) 
4.Test implementation: test implementation according to test schedule, monitor test process, record and report and finding, and create test report after testing. 
5.Support test result and test failure analysis.
6.Support system engineers to solve customer complaints and /or findings. 
7.Support functional manager for improvement (ex: test technology, test quality etc.). 
8.Ensure all activities follow ISO/IEC 17025 requirement. 

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Electromagnetic Fields and Microwave Technology, Communication Engineering, Automation, or related fields. 
2.Familiar with EMC testing standards (such as CISPR, ISO 11452, etc.) 
3.1-3 years or more of EMC testing or related work experience, Experience in EMC laboratories or third-party certification bodies is preferred. 
4.Good English reading and writing skills (able to read standard documents and technical materials), basic oral English  
5.Strong communication and coordination skills
