Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Analyst to join our team at our facility in Parque Industrial Las Colinas, Mexico. As an Accounting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, conducting in-depth analyses, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
  • Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
  • Identify trends and anomalies in financial data and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Participate in audit preparations and support external auditors as needed.
  • Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience with financial analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced English.
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
