Ensure that process systems deployed in production floor meet target KPIs (Availability, Quality Rate, Performance) after G90 and during remainder of PLC. Support and promoting continuous improvement for process operation
- Responsable to support to engineering team on Introduction of highly complex production technologies according to CAP0603076 and other specific procedures of Aumovio Automotive.
-Support to manage, sustain and optimize process equipment through continuous improvements (Software and Hardware, improving overall KPIs-such as PFY, utilization rate, PpK/Cpk, cycle times,failures of 0 kms etc.)
-Support to ensure process systems deployed in production floor meet target KPIs (Availability, Quality Rate, Performance) after G90 and during remainder of PLC. Lead and promote continuous improvement efforts for factory operation. Provide feedback to process engineering team regarding lessons learned and best practices.
-Support Yokoten efforts by appropriately documenting lessons learned and best practices, and by mentoring less-experienced colleagues.
-Support TPM team, supervising and audit proper preventive and corrective maintenance of systems.
- Execute middle and engineering changes, modification of testplans for variant/part number introduction.
- Support in process systems documentation based on assigned technologies. Audit and supervising sustaining documentation.
- Contribute 100% to the strategies established for the plant (for example, 5s, CIM, Strategic Projects, etc.) and that are applied to the position.
-Optimize production technologies in terms of quality, time and cost.
Execute work-related tasks and activities requested / assigned by the leader in charge.
- Support for administrative tasks assigned.
- Maintain and control the proper use of the assigned tool
- Provide technical support to other departments related process activities
- Support Engineering groups in redesign and improvement of equipment
- Evaluate and apport to modify operating procedures and operation instructions
- Collaborate or execute projects that allow the continuous improvement of production technologies in terms of quality, time and / or cost
- Continuously improve through the optimization of your activities and reduction of time in them
- Comply with the requirements of the Company's Quality system
- Keep your internal clients informed about the progress of projects as well as the potential risks of not complying with quality, time and / or costs, if they exist
- Be self-directed by monitoring and ensuring the achievement of goals and objectives of the technologies in charge
- Comply 100% with the goal of SCRAP reduction
- Contribute 100% to the goal of "0km PPM Gross" established for the plant monthly.
- Contribute 100% to the strategies established for the plant (for example, 5s, CIM, Strategic Projects, etc.) and that are applied to the position monthly.
- Support the introduction of technologies / processes in accordance with local and global procedures.
Requisitos
- Engineering level (electronics) preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in production plant support
- 1-3 years of experience in SMT technologies and assembly processes
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packaging
- Knowledge of electricity and pneumatics
- Basic knowledge of Statistics and English
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with process improvement techniques and tools
- Proficiency in using software and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Experience with automation and robotics in manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
