Job Description
Within the boutique team, your main mission will be to deliver an exceptional first impression and create a welcoming environment for all visitors, while ensuring a seamless client experience and supporting the smooth execution of boutique operations.
In this context, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth and a high level of hospitality, ensuring a memorable first impression
- Acting as the first point of contact for the boutique and delivering a consistent client experience aligned with brand standards
- Managing incoming calls, emails and client enquiries while ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up
- Coordinating appointments, client arrivals and boutique traffic flow to ensure a seamless client journey
- Supporting client allocation and ensuring visitors are attended to throughout their boutique experience
- Supporting the collection and accuracy of client information within CRM systems and visitor tracking tools
- Managing the boutique appointment calendar and supporting scheduling coordination for the boutique team
- Monitoring daily boutique traffic and maintaining accurate records and reporting
- Ensuring the boutique remains fully prepared and presented to the highest standards at all times
- Managing hospitality materials and supporting inventory replenishment when required
- Providing administrative support and contributing to the efficient running of the boutique
- Supporting events, activations and peak business periods to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, reception or a client-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a high level of attention to detail
- Professional, polished and confident presentation
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools is an advantage
- Fluent in Thai and English
