Job Description

This role help to oversee and drive the successful implementation of the client relations management strategy. Ensure execution of client experience strategy aligned with company's goal. The role of CRM manager reports to Retail Performance Manager directly.

Responsibilities:

  • Help to oversee and drive the successful implementation of the client relations management strategy. Ensure execution of client experience strategy aligned with company’s goal.
  • Drive client understanding and manage client engagement action plans at boutiques.
  • Plan and execute client engagement opportunities to develop long-term client relationships.
  • Follow-up, measure and ensure delivery of quality client experience in boutiques.
  • Provide recommendations and client feedbacks for CRM.
  • Be a key partner for the Retail and CRM departments.

 

 

Qualifications

  • University graduate in Business/ Retail Management would be preferable. Other relevant majors would be considered.
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in CRM role, preferably in luxury retail industry.
  • Experienced in working with client communication tools and retail marketing activities.
  • Strong in data analysis skills and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent customer service with clientele experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.          
  • Proactive, detail-minded, independent, with strong time-management skill and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in written & spoken English and Mandarin.
