Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and analytically driven Competitive Intelligence Specialist to join Audemars Piguet’s Commercial department. ​This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in monitoring and transforming market intelligence into actionable insights to optimize key decision-making across the organization.

To act as a Competitive Intelligence Specialist, accountable for the following areas:

  • To monitor and report on critical market intelligence in the watches and luxury industries
  • To collect and share market intelligence at both global and local levels
  • To use monitoring tools to develop competitive reporting on a weekly and monthly basis
  • To convert market intelligence into clear, meaningful insights and recommendations that support decision‑making and reflect the most up‑to‑date competitive landscape
  • To conduct mystery‑shopping and industry interviews to capture on‑the‑ground insights beyond publicly available information

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally within luxury industry
  • Proven ability to follow and monitor market trends and transform public & non-public news into clear, actionable business insights through compelling storytelling
  • Hands-on experience with social listening / web-monitoring tools such as Talkwalker, Sprinklr
  • Seasoned experience in managing and collaborating with external agencies for studies
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office tools in creating reports and presentations
  • Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and confident in presenting insights to senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, agile and efficient
