The targeted compensation range for this full time year round, exempt position is $60,000 - $65,000. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Resorts Collection.

Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic Café Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. If you’re passionate about coffee, food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, this could be the perfect fit. You’ll lead a team, ensure smooth service, maintain a high standard of food and beverage quality, and foster an environment that combines creativity, energy, and fun.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service, maintaining efficiency and consistency in coffee, pastries, and sandwiches.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of baristas, kitchen staff, and servers, providing training and guidance for outstanding customer service.
  • Customer Experience: Create a lively, welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every guest enjoys a great experience, from the funky music to the tasty menu offerings.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards for food and drink quality, ensuring that all products meet the café's specifications and customer expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory, order supplies, and ensure stock levels are sufficient for daily operations.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met, including food handling, equipment, and sanitation.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement: Help promote the café’s vibe and offerings through social media, events, and partnerships to attract new customers and build community connections.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or similar environment, ideally in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Passion for coffee, food, and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing, pastry preparation, and sandwich making.
  • Ability to manage inventory and handle basic administrative tasks.
  • A love for good music and a fun, funky atmosphere is a must!
