Job Description

Lead our housekeeping operations with excellence, precision, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will inspire and develop a high-performing team while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service throughout the property. Your leadership will help create a welcoming environment for guests and reinforce the value each team member brings to enriching lives every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and support to a diverse housekeeping team, fostering engagement, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Partner closely with the Director of Rooms to optimize hotel operations and departmental performance.
  • Cultivate a culture of consistency, quality, and exceptional guest service.
  • Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction, team member engagement, and departmental financial performance.
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation are maintained in guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, offices, and meeting/event spaces.
  • Monitor and uphold service and product quality standards while ensuring compliance with all safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment that reflects the values and service culture of the property.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of leadership experience within a housekeeping department at a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages.
  • Proficient in utilizing technology and property management systems to enhance housekeeping operations and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and provide clear, concise, and professional direction to team members.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a genuine interest in creating memorable experiences in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
