Reporting & Data Analyst
Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that drive real business outcomes? We’re looking for a Reporting & Data Analyst to play a key role in shaping how customer and sales performance is measured, understood, and improved across our organisation.

About the Role
As our Reporting & Data Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our data ecosystem—ensuring our customer data is accurate, reliable, and actionable. You’ll work across teams to deliver insightful reporting, improve data governance, and support smarter, data-driven decisions.
You’ll combine technical expertise with business insight to connect the dots across customer, sales, and service data.
What You’ll Be Doing
Data Quality & Governance
- Take ownership of customer data quality across systems
- Identify and resolve data errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies
- Establish and improve data governance frameworks and documentation
- Promote strong data practices across the organisation
Reporting & Insights
- Deliver clear, accurate, and timely performance reporting
- Analyse trends, gaps, and opportunities across customer and sales data
- Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for stakeholders
Technical & Systems
- Work across multiple systems to integrate and analyse data
- Build and enhance dashboards and reporting tools
- Automate processes to improve efficiency and consistency
- Collaborate with technical experts to solve data challenges
Commercial & Service Insights
- Analyse key metrics such as revenue, margins, and performance trends
- Provide insights into sales pipelines, conversion rates, and customer support data
- Deliver a joined-up view of business performance
Collaboration & Improvement
- Partner with teams across the business
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support cross-functional projects and data-driven decision making

About You
You’re a curious, detail-oriented analyst who enjoys solving problems and making data meaningful.
You’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in Data and Reporting including Service Industry Analytics/Data Sales and Customer performance.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate data into insights
- Experience working with CRM/ERP systems and reporting tools
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Advanced Excel and Power Query skills
- Experience with tools like Power BI, Dataverse, or similar
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices
