As Product Marketing Specialist, you’ll translate complex technical and scientific expertise into clear, customer-focused marketing. Your campaigns, content, and sales enablement will help customers understand the value of our products and services, while supporting strong commercial outcomes.
Job Description
Working closely with Sales, Customer Experience, technical experts, and the Marketing Manager, you’ll shape how our products are communicated to the market.
You’ll develop product campaigns, go-to-market activity, and sales tools that make it clear why our products matter to customers.
Key responsibilities include
Developing product marketing campaigns and communications
Creating clear, compelling marketing content and collateral
Supporting product launches and service updates
Equipping Sales and Customer Experience teams with sales enablement tools
Translating technical expertise into customer-focused messaging

About you
You’re a commercially minded B2B marketer who enjoys turning complex technical information into clear, benefit-led messaging.
You bring:
3–5 years’ experience in B2B product marketing or a technical sales/advisory role
Experience in food, science, regulatory, primary industries, or other technical sectors (preferred)
Strong campaign, content, and sales enablement experience
The ability to collaborate with technical and commercial teams

Qualifications
Essential: Tertiary qualification at degree level, or equivalent (e.g., advanced diploma, graduate diploma) in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
Preferred: Graphic design, visual communication, or multimedia content creation · Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva Pro · Agile or project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, PRINCE2)
