  • Auckland-based
  • Competitive salary
  • Supportive leadership and development opportunities
  • A purpose-led, values-driven organisation

About you

You’re commercially astute, analytical, and comfortable operating in complexity. You bring strong financial capability and the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence senior stakeholders.

You’ll likely thrive if you:

  • Have 8+ years’ experience in product, commercial, finance, or technical environments
  • Are confident with RoCE, EBIT, pricing, TAM/SAM, and cost-to-serve modelling
  • Have led cross-functional initiatives with accountability for commercial recommendations
  • Have experience in regulated, science-led, or B2B service environments
  • Can turn ambiguity into structured, actionable delivery plans
  • Experience in the dairy, meat, processed food, or horticulture sectors
  • Experience in regulated, innovation-driven, or highly technical industries.
  • Experience bridging technical teams with commercial and customer-focused outcomes.
  • Experience contributing to go-to-market strategy and sales enablement planning
  • Experience developing scenario or sensitivity analyses to guide risk-aware decisions.
  • Exposure to product lifecycle management tools, roadmaps, or commercial templates.

What success looks like

Within your first year:

  • Product decisions deliver clear customer and commercial value
  • Governance forums receive confident, well-supported commercial recommendations
